Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat resistive and abrasion resistive metallic rod for build-up welding, low in abrasion even in rubbing it while being subjected to a high surface-pressure at high temperature and also hard to generate defects in solidifying by thermal shrinkage. SOLUTION: The heat resistive and abrasion resistive rod has high-temperature hard particles 4 non-oxidizable at high temperature and particles of abrasion-resistive metallic material 6 having a lubricity at high temperature, and is obtained by blending and sintering those particles to mold. The high-temperature hard particles 4 are anyone of cBN, TiC, TiN, TiB 2 , SiC, Cr 3 C 2 , WC, ZrO 2 and Al 2 O 3 or a mixture thereof. The abrasion-resistive metallic material 6 contains Cr. 【課題】高温において高い面圧を受けながら擦動しても摩耗が少なく、かつ熱収縮による凝固時の欠陥が発生しにくい肉盛溶接用の耐熱・耐摩耗金属棒を提供する。 【解決手段】高温で酸化しない高温硬質粒子4と、高温で潤滑性を有する耐摩耗金属材6の粒子とを含有し、混合・焼結により成形される。高温硬質粒子4は、cBN、TiC、TiN、TiB 2 、SiC、Cr 3 C 2 、WC、ZrO 2 、Al 2 O 3 のいずれか又はこれらの混合物である。耐摩耗金属材6は、クロムを含有する。 【選択図】  図1
