【課題】洗浄剤レスで環境負荷が小さく、被洗浄物に悪影響を及ぼさず、かつ、十分な洗浄力を有する洗浄方法と装置を提供する。 【解決手段】本発明による超音波洗浄ノズルは、超音波洗浄ノズルのノズル内面に、透明薄膜の光触媒層が設けられている。よって、外部からの紫外線照射により光触媒効果が得られ、活性状態を伴った洗浄液を噴射でき、強力な洗浄効果が得られる。 【選択図】  図2
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing method and equipment being small in environment load by using no washing agent and causing no bad influence on an article to be washed and having sufficient washing power. SOLUTION: In the supersonic washing nozzle, a photocatalyst layer of transparent and thin film is provided on the inner surface of the supersonic washing nozzle. Accordingly, a photocatalyst effect is obtained by UV irradiation from the outside, the washing liquid with the activation state can be injected and a strong washing effect is obtained.
