Abstract

【課題】転動体の不等配列が生じにくくNRR−fc成分が極めて小さい、トルクを小さくして回転精度の優れた転がり軸受装置を提供する。 【解決手段】玉軸受1は、内輪2と、外輪3と、内輪2と外輪3との間に転動自在に配設された複数の玉4と、玉4を前記両輪2,3の間に保持する保持器5と、を備えている。保持器5は、円環状の主部と、この主部の片面に設けられた複数のポケットとを備えている。ここで、ポケットのピッチ円直径は、玉軸受のピッチ円直径の100.0%以上で101.5%以下の寸法に設定されている。 【選択図】  図1
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device in which uneven rolling elements are hardly caused, with a very small NRR-fc component, the torque is small, and the rotational accuracy is excellent. SOLUTION: A ball bearing 1 comprises an inner ring 2, an outer ring 3, a plurality of balls 4 arranged in a rolling manner between the inner ring 2 and the outer ring 3, and a holder 5 to hold the balls 4 between the rings 2 and 3. The holder 5 comprises an annular main part and a plurality of pockets provided on one side of the main part. The diameter of the pitch circle of the pockets is set to be ≥ 100.0% and ≤ 101.5% of the diameter of the pitch circle of the pockets. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
